In 2022, we have negotiated pay raises for a majority of our contracts and are working weekly to improve our officers' standard of living. As of this posting, we have positions available that start at $16/hr. CBI highly prefers to promote from within our ranks, and we have supervisor and other opportunities to work that will be very surprising. What will you do (responsibilities)? Our sites have a LARGE range of various responsibilities. However, in general you will be responsible for: • Observing and reporting any issues arising to authorities • Responding appropriately and calmly to diverse situations • Controlling the entries and exits of secured locations, ensuring only authorized employees and approved visitors are admitted. • Writing and reading day-to-day accounts of activities on site • Carefully patrolling an area by vehicle or foot as assigned • Diligently observing computer systems to monitor camera and badge apps • Expertly and professionally applying client's policies, procedures and standards in each interaction with public or employees.
