Requirements Bilingual in Spanish is preferred One year minimum experience in immigration law is required Excellent oral/written communication skills Experience in using legal software is a plus Must be able to effectively multi-task, manage time-sensitive documents and have exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to function effectively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent client customer service and interpersonal skills Job Role Handle a caseload of immigration matters directly, under the supervision of an attorney Communicate regularly with clients regarding procedural and case processing Analyze case documents and prepare immigration applications for filing Work well under deadlines, handle confidential information with professionalism, and display strong interpersonal skills.
