Northrop Grumman Space Systems sector is seeking an experienced program security officer as an Industrial Security Analyst to join our team. This position is in Aurora, CO . This is a challenging position which will support multiple customers and several complex programs.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: supporting fast-paced, high profile programs; create, maintain and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers; develop, and administer security programs; update and maintain procedures for handling classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. The candidate shall possess knowledge and skills in personnel and program security, access control, physical security, OPSEC etc.).

The ideal candidate shall possess the following qualities:

· Self-starter with a willingness to proactively anticipate and meet mission requirements and find areas for process improvement.

· Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment in a variety of program areas.

· Organized and able to handle multiple requests and prioritize their workload based on mission needs and be efficient at time management.

· Meticulous attention to detail and able to accurately input data into multiple databases.

· Act with tact, discretion, and diplomacy in dealing with all levels of employees.

· Periodically willing to adjust work schedule to meet dynamic mission requirements or alarm response investigations.

· Excellent communication skills: speaking, writing, and listening.

· Computer and desktop office software products experience.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of industrial security related experience (guard, badging, and/or access control experience). Or, a Master's degree and 1 year of industrial security related experience (guard, badging, and/or access control experience). Or, in lieu of a degree, 6 years of industrial security related experience (guard, badging, and/or access control experience)

  • Top Secret clearance with current SSBI within 5 years with the ability to obtain Poly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive Personnel Security experience

  • Possess skills using SIMS

  • Physical Security access control and alarm response experience

  • Current and working knowledge of the DoD and Intelligence Community customer sets

  • Familiarity with ICD 503 & 704, 705 processes (and or applicable DCID standards).

Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $97,600.00

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
