What will I be responsible for in this job?
An Analyst in the Customer Security Assurance group assess customer security requirements and Change Healthcares ability to meet them from an enterprise perspective as well as product/service perspective. The role entails the research and ; preparation of custom answers to client questions, the preparation of standard security artifacts to demonstrate security of information, the response to customer audit demands and the response to unsolicited external scanning. At times presenting the security perspective during RFP bid preparation and client evaluation presentations is required. Some analysts evaluate client contracts for security commitments and evaluate or negotiate reasonable terms.
What are the requirements?
* Years of experience: 5 years of professional information security
* Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
What critical skills are needed for you to consider someone for this position?
To excel in this position one must have the technical security competence to know answers to security questions concerning Change Healthcares enterprise across the entire portfolio of over 400 products and services. Candidates from outside the company will need to arrive with the adequate general technical security competence to then begin equating that to Change Healthcare enterprise and Change Healthcares products and ; services.
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
CISSP or other germane certifications.
How much should I expect to travel?
The Customer Security Assurance team works in a remote but highly collaborative team approach. The work is fast paced out of a ticketing queue. We are looking for friendly, energetic, organized, detail oriented People Persons. You will be the face of Change Healthcares Information Security Department to hundreds of clients.
