East Coast Tile has an opening for a Full Time Information Services Manager to manage and maintain the current ERP system. The IS Manager will proactively work to identify user needs, create databases, implement system changes, and ensure efficient error-free operation. Partnering with business unit leaders, the IS Manager will:
Provide data to innovate and achieve strategic business plans.
Serve as the reporting expert
Interpret raw data, developing & integrating analytics to create solutions.
Carry responsibility for systems operations including design, optimization, troubleshooting and security.
Plan, coordinate and implement systems maintenance, adding new features and maintaining clear technical documentation.
To be successful, the IS Manager must have the ability to manage IS projects from start to finish with little direction, while also being willing to complete day to day IS tasks.
A hybrid arrangement may be an option for the right candidate.
Bachelor’s degree in computer programming, computer science or related field;
Extensive demonstrated knowledge of SQL (3+ years); programming experience preferred;
Effectively shares information among stakeholders through written and verbal communication
Highly collaborative with internal staff and outside vendors;
Ability to lead through influencing; build relationships with teams and inspire trust
Ability to be flexible in response to changing priorities and needs;
Ability to interpret information and make informed business decisions, and to provide guidance to organizational stakeholders;
Strong time management & excellent organizational skills, a respect for development schedules, and attention to detail are a must;
Ability to self-motivate and motivate others;
Solid computer and systems skills.
