LinQuest is seeking a Joint All-Domain Air Operations Planner to join our team in Reston, VA. An active Top Secret clearance is required.

In this role, you would work as the Blue Team Lead for Joint All Domain Air Operations planning.

The Joint All Domain Air Operations Planner is a part of a team of operations experts to develop and integrate military operational plans into actionable modeling and simulation inputs, as part of a larger analysis team that includes operational military subject matter experts, threat operations experts and operations research analysts. The analysis team is responsible for developing new analytic processes to leverage emerging modeling and simulation capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide understanding of current and emergent operational requirements and capabilities of the Combatant Commands, Services, the Joint Staff and other warfighting commands.
• Develop emerging and established operational scenarios for warfighting analyses.
• Apply new warfighting concepts to operational scenarios.
• Develop Blue Joint All Domain Air Operations plan.
• Work with Operations research scientists and data analysts to develop innovative approaches to operational analysis using new tools and warfighting concepts.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelors Degree or better
• 6+ years of experience developing and established operational scenarios for warfighting analyses
• Knowledge/experience with Joint warfighting capabilities, advanced weapons, current and future operational concepts
• Air, Space, cyber, or information domain background
• Operational knowledge in joint operations and planning
• Ability to develop CONOPS for employment of new capabilities
• Ability to adjust quickly to new organizational constructs for planning and CONOPs development

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Masters degree in relevant discipline
• Familiarity with common Model and Simulation Tools (AFSIM, NGTS, etc.)
