About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Executive Recruiter in Human Resources as part of the Talent Acquisition Strategy Delivery team. This role will support executive recruiting initiatives in Corporate Investment Banking (CIB).
In this role you will:
Lead complex initiatives and deliverables with large scale impact within Executive Recruiting
Support C-Suite Executives in CIB by proactively identifying and cultivating relationships with high caliber senior level talent within the industry,
Develop relationships with multiple hiring executives and be the subject matter expert for specialized talent acquisition needs.
Consult with recruiting counterparts, hiring managers, and HR business partners to develop and execute search strategies to proactively recruit diverse talent for executive openings.
Develop and manage the recruitment strategy for multiple critical openings, from the initial research and planning phase to candidate identification, assessment, development, and presentation.
Develop and maintain market specific intelligence relevant to the business and talent needs to include maintaining a network of diverse industry contacts/documents and report out on search progress, including candidate pipelines, diversity initiatives, and market related compensation.
Provide counsel to executive level hiring managers during assessment and evaluation of candidates and act as primary negotiator and closer of selected candidates, as well as conduct thorough references on all finalist candidates.
Provide consultation to partners to assist with hiring decisions and analysis of details of complex offers.
Ensure a strong, positive client and candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Develop a strong understanding of business issues within the industry and utilize knowledge in search planning for appropriate company targeting.
Position and effectively articulate the Wells Fargo employment brand. Interact with and provide thought leadership to other executive recruiters within the Wells Fargo executive recruiter community.
Manage third party vendors/search firm relationships efficiently.
Provide leadership and consultation on various ad hoc projects focused on executive human capital initiatives within the LOB.
Understand and ensure adherence to all hiring policies
Lead Executive Recruiting projects, teams, or serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals
5 + years Executive Recruiting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
5+ years Investment Banking Executive Recruiting experience or equivalent Executive Recruiting experience supporting one or a combination of the following businesses: Digital Banking, Wealth Investment Management or Venture Banking
3+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience
2+ years of experience managing and driving search firm relationship and results for executive levels roles
4+ years of experience sourcing passive executive level candidates through referrals and other direct sourcing techniques.
4+ years of experience in recruiting senior level professionals in a retained search or contingency search firm.
Experience developing and negotiating complex and sophisticated offers - Inclusive of navigating and collaborating with internal partners.
Experience in developing and executing diversity recruiting strategies to identify diverse executive level talent.
Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications.
Knowledge and understanding of contact management systems, Beamery and LinkedIn preferred
Knowledge and understanding of HR policies, practices, and procedures, including an understanding of legal and OFCCP recruiting requirements.
Applicant tracking systems experience, Workday preferred
Experience consulting, influencing, and partnering with business executives, leadership, human resources partners and peers.
Ability to travel up to 15% of the time

$115,900.00 - $206,100.00 Annual
