Job Description
Develop and maintain instructor-led training materials and performance support assets, build and manage critical internal and external stakeholder relationships, amass subject matter expertise in a learning track or service line, help update and maintain the simulated training environment, support the deployment team with continuous education and pre go-live reach back support.
Responsibilities
The Learning Consultant 1 is responsible for the success of their assigned Oracle project/training materials development effort and committed to superior customer service. They are expected to:
Develop and maintain learning assets for continuous, high operational tempo, on site end user training programs that support of enterprise software deployments
Influence aspects of the end user training event (i.e. simulated training environment, instructor preparation) to ensure success
Produce quality deliverables on a project (i.e. assessments, performance support tools, instructor-led curriculum, eLearning scripts).
Continually develop capacity to deliver services that add value to the customer and grow their understanding of basic concepts.
Meet billable utilization targets

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)
California Pay Range: from $27.64 to $58.17 per hour; from $57,500 to $121,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Colorado Pay Range: from $25.00 to $52.36 per hour; from $52,000 to $108,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
New York City Pay Range: from $28.03 to $55.24 per hour; from $58,300 to $114,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Washington Pay Range: from $28.99 to $55.24 per hour; from $60,300 to $114,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
