Robert Half is recruiting an Administrative Assistant for one of their law firm clients located in Montgomery County, MD. This is a full-time, permanent position and is in the office, 5 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy, and discretion
- Answering phones
- Filing documents
- Assisting with paperwork
- Thorough understanding Microsoft Office
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with administrative responsibilities/duties
