Spherion Staffing is currently seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent for a insurance agency located in Fort Myers, FL. We're seeking a candidate that is results-driven, reliable, and able to actively seek out and engage customer prospects! Benefits and Perks... Responsibilities: -Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers -Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs -Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships -Reach out to customer leads through cold calling -Engage in established marketing systems -Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes -Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments -Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reports -Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. -Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends -Continuously improve through feedback Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Skills: -Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales -Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills -Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills -Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs -Relationship management skills and openness to feedback Education: High School Experience: 1-4 years Qualifications: -Candidates MUST have a current Property and Casualty License (2-20) -Proven work experience as a sales representative or in insurance sales -High School Diploma or GED -Knowledge of MS Office There are several ways to apply!
