Repairs plant and production equipment.Essential Job Functions:* Installation of production and building equipment.* Calibrate mechanical and electrical equipment per calibration procedure.* Maintain calibration records per ISO requirements* Perform troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment* Vacuum system maintenance, troubleshoot and repairs* Repair and rebuild mechanical, diffusion and ion vacuum pumps* Perform building and grounds maintenance* Perform preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment.* Move and install mechanical and electrical equipment that may require electrical, gas, cooling water and compressed air services.* Assemble and disassemble cubicles and furniture* Perform duties assigned by Skill Center Leader.* Must be able to be "on call". Must be within 45 minutes of facility when on call.* Experience in troubleshooting and repairing machine circuitryNon-essential Job Functions:* Rough carpentry work (erect walls, build crates etc.)* Plumbing skills* WeldingRequirements:3-5 years' prior industrial maintenance experience in the areas of electrical and mechanical maintenance. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to climb laddersWorking Environment: Work may be in the factory, warehouse, and office area or on the outside of the facility.
