Job DescriptionJob Description As Manager Deal Advisory you will contribute to the top line growth of client by establishing strategic connect and relationship with deal advisors, market influencers and consultants in a region or geography. Enable senior leadership conversations, joint go to market discussion and collaboration cadence. Manage effective and meaningful feedback on advisor led opportunities to improve win ratio.Location for this position is ATLANTA, GA/ Remote Travel as per business requirements (min. 40%).Summary of responsibilities: Identify and maps deal consultant / advisory firm, key stake holders by GBS strategy or industry segment and aligns them to client'sindustry vertical or executive leadership. Build relationship with influencers and advisors to identify and qualify opportunities where clientwould get invited for pursuits. Establish periodic governance with stake holders and independently for building a trust based relationship with the advisor. Prepare periodic reports, update status on a monthly and quarterly basis on interactions and outcomes, share action plan with milestones and deliverables, communicate advisor firm strategy internally to stake holders and share approved clientachievements / updates on a periodic basis with influencers. Maintain a pipeline tracker and report progress Work across functional, segment and organizational leadership. The role involves working closely with senior stakeholders at Partner and Managing Director levels within the advisory firm. This augments the need for strong inter personal relationship and skills. Participate in strategic organization growth initiatives, collaborating with influencers Responsible for revenue generation targets (TCV pipeline generated) and performance metrics linked to strategic units / growth initiatives and regions. Possess the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously Qualifications Basic Bachelor's Degree 8- 12 years of experience in Global Sourcing. Establishing strategic connect and relationship with deal advisors, market influencers and consultants At least 5 years of experience in deal advisory. Good Planning and People Management skills including Client and Team management Delivering with near-shore and off-shore teams Communication Skills written and verbal Analytical skills
