Responsibilities of CMA- Certified Medical Assistant... -Assist in procedures under the supervision -Assistant provider in exam rooms -Escort patient to exam rooms, interview patient, measure vita/ signs, and document al/ information in patient's chart. -Give instruction to the patient as instructed by the provider. -Ensure all/ related reports, labs, and information is filed and available in the patient's medical records prior to the visit. -Take telephone calls, review e-mails, and provide answers to patients. Requirements of CMA / Certified Medical Assistant: -Medical Assistant Certification Required -Background checks -5 years of CMA/ Certified Medical Assistant experience. -Ability to follow instructions.
