Position provides direct services to adults with mental illness, and assists them to gain access to medical, social, educational, and other needed resources. Responsibilities include provision of rehabilitative and skills training, case management, treatment planning, crisis services, as well as documentation of client progress. Also provides supported employment and telemedicine services. Requires extensive travel within the local service area.

Requires a Bachelor s Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in a qualified human services field, including psychology, social work, counseling, sociology, human development, gerontology, educational psychology, special education, nursing, or medicine. Must have a valid drivers license and acceptable driving record, as well as personal automobile liability insurance as required by the state of Texas. Working computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master s Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in one of the qualified human services fields noted above; two years of related work experience in a mental health setting; knowledge of psychotropic medications and DSM V; and bilingual skills (English/Spanish).
