Job Description:

Red River is seeking a Microsoft FastTrack Manager to join our growing team! The Microsoft FastTrack Manager will work with Red River’s Microsoft customers to leverage Microsoft’s FastTrack benefit to deploy Microsoft cloud solutions. The Red River FastTrack Management Position is a hybrid role of a Microsoft FastTrack Manager and Microsoft FastTrack Engineer position. The candidate will need to be a generalist on all FastTrack eligible Workloads, while also providing planning on deployment and scheduling of customer meetings.

Primary Position Tasks:

  • Understand and drive Microsoft cloud solutions intent, deployment, and adoption across assigned customers.

  • Work with customer toward successful deployment and adoption of Microsoft workloads.

  • Provide basic technical assistance to all Microsoft FastTrack eligible workloads.

  • Review and assess policies in Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Defender and investigate any errors or conflicts that occur.

  • Work closely with the Microsoft and Red River account management teams to drive long term customer success and lifetime customer value.

  • Help drive change management, technical and adoption activities with key customer Technical and Business Decision Makers (TDMs/BDMs) to reduce implementation risk and drive adoption of existing workloads.

  • Facilitate timely and impactful engagement of Red River resources when needed to provide technical guidance and share technical expertise with customers.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within the assigned customers including executive roles.

  • Maintain strong working relationships with customers and other stakeholders by creating an end-to-end positive customer experience.

  • Analyze, develop and communicate key Onboarding process and technology improvement feedback for Microsoft on the end-to-end process (Onboarding, Migration and Adoption).

  • Assist customers moving to Microsoft cloud solutions by identifying business needs, driving their intent to use the Microsoft products, offering technical and business solutions for successful deployment and adoption.

  • Other business duties as assigned

Minimum Education/Certification/Experience Requirements:

  • Associates degree preferred

  • Microsoft certifications

  • At least one,Microsoft Fundamental certification

Preferred Education/Certification/Experience:

  • Microsoft Certifications, preferably one or more of the following:

  • Microsoft 365 Identity and Services (MS-100)

  • Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security (MS-101)

  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate (MS-203)

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)

  • Microsoft 365 Security Administration (MS-500)

  • Microsoft Azure Security Technologies (AZ-500)

  • Microsoft Security Operations Analyst Associate (SC-200)

  • Microsoft Identity and Access Admin Associate (SC-300)

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Great followup skills

  • Ability to manage multiple service projects at one time

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft FastTrack program

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Technical expertise in Microsoft cloud solutions to include:

  • Exchange Online

  • SharePoint Online

  • M365 Apps

  • Microsoft Defender suite (Defender for EndPoint, Defender for Cloud Apps, Defender for Office, Defender for Identity)

  • Purview Insider Risk Management

  • Purview Information Protection

  • Intune

  • Azure Active Directory Premium

  • Microsoft Teams (Phone Systems, Meetings, Apps/Platform)

  • Viva (Insights, Topics, Learning, Connections)

  • Understanding of Microsoft cloud adoption framework

  • Understanding of Microsoft 365 Deployment Guides and Wizards

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Offering: $90,000-$95,000 annually.
