Join General Dynamics IT and be a part of the team of men and women that solve some of the world’s most complex technical challenges. The Navy Enterprise Service Desk (NESD) program is seeking a Remedy/Helix Developer to join their team.
This is a remote teleworking opportunity!
You will participate in a Team of Remedy Developers responsible for maintaining the NESD BMC ITSM suite currently in production and assist with service desk consolidations. In addition you will:
Maintain the upkeep of Remedy/Helix Life Cycle support, configuration control, change management and several other logistics functions.
Be well versed in creating custom BMC Remedy/Helix code for the expansion of this tool into additional functional areas of the DoD program.
Responsible for the ITIL and ITSM process flows within Helix.
Work directly with the Remedy/Helix Engineers on several tasks that include report writing, system administration and strong custom coding creation.
BS degree; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
10+ years of BMC Remedy/Helix experience specifically with BMC Accredited Administrator, Remedy/Helix Developer Studio experience and AWS GovCloud
Experience with the Webservice interface to build system interfaces
Security+ certification; must be able to obtain within 3 months of start
