Office Clerk for kidney-focused healthcare center in SeaTac

Pay Rate: $22.00 an hour
Location: Onsite in SeaTac office during training
Employment Type: Short-Term Contract, approximate 60-90 days
Shift: Part-Time, Monday/Tuesday/Thursday each week
COVID Requirements: In compliance with the Department of Health and CDC recommendations, COVID-19 vaccination & proof of vaccine will be required.

As the Office Clerk, you will be responsible for running the show behind the scenes and seeing to everyone else's success. Come be the point of contact and the person people rely as an operational resource. If you resonate with this, then we want to speak with you!


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assisting with employee giving campaign
  • Donor acknowledgements twice a week (merging and printing)
  • Scheduling meetings as needed
  • Support the upcoming Tax Statement mailing project (JAN) which will include the following tasks:
    • Arranging the 3 piece mailing sets
    • Meet the deadline for end of Jan
    • Prepare a high-volume (approximately 500) letters to be mailed 
  • Assist the new Vice President starting in January


Experience & Qualifications

  • Basic Administration or related experience
  • Database background - experience with relational database; RazorsEdge would be a bonus!
  • Attention to detail and organization skills to process letter preparation and distribution
  • Account analysis skills to maintain current address information
  • Event and project management experience is a bonus
  • Self-starter, team player, and confident in abilities
