Operations Leader

Description Flint Hills Resources is now hiring an Operations Leader to support the Pine Bend refinery in Rosemount, MN. The Operations Leader is accountable for business results related to the operation of field assets with primary responsibility for developing strategies to support optimal business results, managing the current risk position of operating units, and setting long-term strategic priorities through strong partnership with business teams and shift leaders. A key function of this role will be to leverage business measures and operational knowledge to provide the shift operations team with clarity and line of sight to business priorities, understand and plan for the impact of transformation efforts, and focus on activities that both advance the business and operational excellence.
