The Idaho Attorney General's Office seeks a talented paralegal to join its Natural Resources Division. Civil litigation experience is a must. Example of Duties - Drafting and responding to discovery - Drafting pleadings, motions, notices, and memoranda - Cite checking and proofreading briefs, contracts, and other legal materials - Providing general support to deputy attorneys general This position will also support real property transactional work, and duties will include review of title commitments, legal descriptions, deeds, and similar documents.
