Payment Accuracy Advisor
Overview of Position
A Payment Accuracy Advisor provides software expertise to their assigned client base. They will work collaboratively with the other groups/teams within the organization to provide high quality timely client deliverables.
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
Serve as a customer-facing resource for successful client implementations, upgrades, and on-going support
Participate in Service Delivery Team meetings, initiatives, and metrics Function as team member in support of all goals and objectives
Support internal special projects for the purposes of evaluating, improving, correcting, or newly implementing various initiatives
Provide forecasting inputs for project works, supply requested metrics and attend all team meetings
Work with the Engagement Manager and Sr. Payment Accuracy Advisor to determine internal project milestones to drive client deliveries
What are the requirements needed for this position?
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, healthcare related field, or equivalent business experience
4 – 8 +years of experience in health care combining firsthand payor and consulting experience
2 – 5 years of medical claims experience within payor environment required
SDLC exposure needed
High level of understanding of medical terminology, healthcare industry terminology and medical coding terminology
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
High level understanding of claim architecture, infrastructure, and multiple platforms
Ability to discuss customer issues (pains and trends) confidently
High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?
General Office conditions
This role may require work performed outside normal business hours, to include nights and weekends to support customer activity
How much should I expect to travel?
Travel 10% to 15%
Employees in roles that require travel will need to be able to qualify for a company credit card or be able to use their own personal credit card for travel expenses and submit for reimbursement

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, ClaimsXten Portfolio offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The base pay range for this position is $80,100.00 - $177,960.00
