Identifies and meets the patient\'s need in compliance with hospital policy and procedure. QUALIFICATIONS: 1. High school graduate and/or equivalent. 2. Successful completion of qualified nurse\'s aide program. 3. Must be willing to complete on-the-job training, in-service education and be able to carry specific job duties under the supervision of a registered nurse. OR 1. Currently and actively enrolled in Registered Nursing Program. 2. Successfully completed course in fundamentals of nursing from a Nursing Program. 3. Must supply transcript of nursing program grades, two letters of recommendations from nursing instructors, and verification of active enrollment in nursing program. OR 1.
