As our Peer Review Support Assistant at St Michael's Medical Center, you will help provide administrative support to the Medical Staff Peer Review team so they can facilitate the accuracy, completeness and confidentiality of documents and quality files essential for medical staff review .
Every day you will set up and maintain a quality file for each provider having current Virginia Mason Franciscan Health medical staff privileges in accordance with applicable regulatory/accreditation requirements assures inclusion of all required documentation. You will be expected to update provider files with various reports, letters and other necessary documents.
To be successful in this role, you must have incredible attention to detail and a love for organization. We need these files to be accurate as they are viewed by regulatory agencies consistently. This poistion is a 6 month temporary assignment with the hope of extending it for more.

Sets up and maintains a quality file for each provider having current VMFH medical staff privileges in accordance with applicable regulatory/accreditation requirements; assures inclusion of all required documentation
Coordinates, in collaboration with Peer Review RN, pre- and post-Multispecialty Peer Review Committee meetings.
Provides general clerical support
Education/Work Experience Requirements
Two years of progressively responsible related office/administrative support work experience that would demonstrate attainment of the requisite job knowledge/abilities.
