We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives in Brownsville, TX for new hire classes starting in December!
This position is on-site and has NORMAL business hours, no sales and weekends off.
Hours: Monday-Friday between 7AM to 7PM (must be able to work any schedule)
JOB DESCRIPTION: Conducts reviews of applications submitted by applicants. Communicates with applicants and other stakeholders through the system, email, and by telephone to obtain the required documentation required to process applications Performs quality reviews of applications and invoices when required to ensure accuracy Escalates issues and questions as they arise when processing Program documents
• High School Diploma, GED, or higher education.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
