What You'll Do:

Do you have a passion for transforming through people-focused strategies? Do you have experience crafting and delivering solutions in business transformation areas across the employee lifecycle, including talent strategy, performance management, people development, change adoption, and culture? We are seeking talent strategists to join our team to help expand our talent offerings and deliver talent solutions in partnership with cross-functional teams.

As an Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Principal - Talent, your primary focus will be understanding client business needs to design and implement talent management programs and drive organizational change strategies to achieve business outcomes. You should demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, ability to build relationships with clients and team members, offer or advice on leading talent practices and trends.

What You've Done:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in talent strategy, organizational development, and change management, including in areas such as high-performing teams, employee experience, leadership development, and performance management.
  • Ability to apply a structured change and talent management approach and methodology to projects and change efforts
  • Knowledgeable about the digital tools being used in HR including various HRIS systems, collaboration platforms, analytic tools, etc. a plus
  • Experience with building and using adoption and success metrics to inform talent and change strategies
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, including a history of increasing leadership responsibility and career growth in organizational effectiveness
  • Expert communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Expert in quality project delivery, including all aspects of program/project management
  • Knowledge and experience working with culture and talent assessment methodologies, frameworks, models (such as: OCAI, competing values framework, maturity model, competency models)
  • Ability to partake in business operations (invoicing, SOWs, margin, utilization)
May have obtained continuing education or professional certifications to support success in the Learning field such as MBA, MA in organizational psychology or HRM, SPHR, or SHRM certifications
