Job Description
We are specifically looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager to join the OHAI.You will be responsible for managing the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

Develop and manage roadmaps among cross-functional teams as well as interrelated and independent application and / or infrastructure changes; track and report on program milestones
Drive execution for on-time, on-scope delivery of user and developer facing features
Ensure high standards and consistency for the Oracle customer experience
Recommend process improvements and serve as an escalation point for all issues and questions associated with a project
Ensure that resource requirements needed to support a particular project are in place
Provide on-going written and verbal release status updates to senior leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field
Understanding of SDLC and modern application development with web services
Ability to work with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain our roadmap, setting appropriate expectations and insuring our product and services meet our high operational excellence standards
A demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically
Superior written communication skills are a must
Judgement, maturity, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills and leadership skills
Must be comfortable working with large amounts of data
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing software and/or hardware development
Experience managing cloud development projects
Experience in enterprise cloud solutions (OCI, Azure, AWS)
Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)
California Pay Range: from $120,400 to $241,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Colorado Pay Range: from $113,800 to $216,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
New York City Pay Range: from $113,800 to $229,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Washington Pay Range: from $127,100 to $229,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
