The role of the Process Engineering Manager is to lead a team that transforms and re-engineers current processes and designs and implements new ones for the future. This person will be joining a Hyperautomation team that partners with all business divisions at our Company to automate end-to-end manual processes using various Intelligent Automation capabilities (BPM, RPA, APIs, OCR, NLP, chatbots, computer vision, ML, AI). This role requires someone that is process driven and tech savvy to understand, analyze, implement solutions, bridge gaps in processes that follow the organization's best practices, all while ensuring the organization adapts to change. The ideal candidate will also be business driven with the ability to identify the value for each process, its business benefits to the organization, and how it can be leveraged across different organizations. As the initial member of the newly forming Processing Engineering function, this role is expected to bring outside thinking ideas, help to define the vision, and build and execute a roadmap and standards for Process Engineering, Process Mapping, and Process Mining.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in Process Optimization and Improvement, Change Management and Business Analysis
  • Ability to understand end-to-end business processes, ensure they are optimized, up to standards and security, in compliance with internal and external regulators, and ability to perform process re-engineering
  • Ability to understand gaps in processes and effectively bridge those gaps while helping the organization adapt to change
  • Understanding of Process Mining, BPM, RPA and other Intelligent Automation capabilities
  • Strong reporting skills and ability to understand, analyze, and manipulate data to identify trends to share process road mapping for future changes with key stakeholders
  • Ability to create KPIs and metrics to demonstrate progress
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Team management experience
  • Experience building, training, and defining a new team and standards
  • Listening and people skills to motivate teams and interact with senior leaders



Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering, statistics, computer science, data science, or a related field
