Job Description:
Under close supervisory direction, assist Process Development engineers, scientists, and/or teams in the development and analysis of products, materials, processes, or equipment for extruded components.

Key Responsibilities:
Learn and apply standard test methods and processes
Perform testing, gather data, and analyze results of product testing and process monitoring
Coordinate builds, submit run requests, and update tracking spreadsheets
ssist engineering teams in obtaining the necessary supplies and components
Work with engineers on continuous improvement projects and new product development
ssist in the set-up of experiments
ssist with problem solving
Work with vendors and suppliers to procure and install tooling, fixtures, and equipment
Contribute to technical reports, validations, and qualifications by capturing experimental results
Submit change requests for projects during new product development
Champion product quality as a top priority and drive for a high standard of excellence

Qualifications:
degree or an equivalent combination of education/work experience
Demonstrated ability to execute and follow through on project responsibilities

Experience in manufacturing or process development
Measurement and data analysis experience
Microsoft Office Suite
Polymer extrusion experience
Fixture design or SolidWorks experience
