Key Responsibilities
Develop strategies, plans, procedures
Implement processes and policy changes
Supervise maintenance of procurement process
Analyze data to inform operational decisions or activities
Examine financial records to ensure compliance with policies or regulations
Negotiate agreements for products or services
Communicating with Persons Outside Organization
Making Decisions and Solving Problems
Coordinating the Work and Activities of Others
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5+ ISC Procurement experience

Bachelor’s Degree
Proven track record Supplier engagement — Knowledge of principles and processes for supply chain recovery
This includes supplier assessment, recovery, and sustainment
Broad experience in operational procurement
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skill
Able to resolve problems, transition and transform sourcing activities
Good understanding of best-in-class sourcing management processes and techniques
Advanced Analytics and advanced Excel skills
Supplier Relationship Management (e.g. SLA's management, performance/score carding)
