Job summary Amazon is seeking a CorpDev Product Integration Manager to join our Corporate Development team. This individual will have the responsibility to 1) define, enumerate and manage the iteration of Amazon\'s overall acquisition integration framework, and 2) lead the inventory, prioritization, and execution of programmatic improvement projects and own the enhancement of our M&A Integration processes. Working closely with Sr. Integration Principals, executive business sponsors, acquired companies members to assess current initiatives and proactively provide improvements throughout the integration life-cycle. A critical success factor for this position will be to deeply understand our current integration environment. That is why this member will also support current due diligence and integration planning and execution efforts for Amazon\'s acquisitions. The role ranges from working with executive business sponsors to assist in defining key value drivers for potential acquisitions, writing and implementing actionable plans to achieve transaction objectives, to diving deep on tactical aspects of integration projects in need of extra attention. Successful integration managers at Amazon are self-starters, able to work autonomously, natural problem-solvers, collaborative, and not fazed by adversity or ambiguity. Key job responsibilities * Lead the continuous improvement of Amazon\'s integration processes and best practices * Support the acquisition due diligence process on active deals to identify integration needs and enhance integration processes * Provide early, strategic and best practice insight to sponsoring business teams * Communicate project priority and set project task priority for related teams 5+ years of experience developing, leading, negotiating and executing corporate and/or business transactions 5+ years of professional work experience Bachelor\'s Degree * A strong track record of successful project delivery or program management for large, cross functional, projects * Effective and collaborative communication and writing skills, with the ability to customize approach for a variety of audiences ranging from senior executives to junior resources * Strong attention to detail and bias for action in times of ambiguity * Technology, cloud or eCommerce industry experience * Master\'s degree in business or technology field * Technical acumen and the ability to converse on technical integration topic Team Culture Here at Amazon, we embrace our differences.
