Product Support Technical Lead
Overview of Position
This position is a technical lead position. Responsibilities include but not limited to, providing guidance to team members as well as coordinating with development and customers when needed to aid in troubleshooting issues. With this position, knowledge of SQL and Unix is a must.
What are the requirements needed for this position?
- Highschool Diploma
- 10 years of experience - Product Support
- Provide advanced troubleshooting support for pharmacy
- Identify needs and facilitate training and education for other team members
- Work directly with product team (design, dev, QA) to find/ provide solutions
- Have complex discussions externally with customers and internally to discuss both technical and business-related topics around software/ services provided. They may need to take internal information reshape it to be appropriate for customer consumption
- Advanced Unix
- Advanced SQL
- Understanding of Networks and Basic Network Troubleshooting
What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?
Remote - Must have an area with little to no noise. Expect sitting for long periods of time
How much should I expect to travel?
Employees in roles that require travel will need to be able to qualify for a company credit card or be able to use their own personal credit card for travel expenses and submit for reimbursement.
