Duties:

• Aid in the tracking of active and completed proposals
• Assist in the creation of brochures, booklets and other marketing materials
• Produce electronic and paper proposal deliverables. Print assemble and ship proposal packages.
• Maintain proposal calendar
• Check data for accuracy
• Fill out proposal forms
• Gather bid results
• Update customer information in a database (SalesForce)
• Add/update competitor information in a database (SalesForce)
