- Maintain the cGMP Quality System on the QMS Portal by maintaining standard operating procedures and related forms.
- Logging, tracking and coordinating validations Management of Change
- Generate/update QMS documentation (document control, specifications, nonconformance records, MOCs, 5-Batch review, etc.)
- Create (using the appropriate forms by country) Certificates of Analysis and Stability reports for international registrations as well as Certificates of Analysis for various customers and others as required
- Assist to develop Quality Assurance standards and documentation to support those standards.
- Maintains and control all formula, component and finished product specifications.
- Maintain Quality related documentation such as Routing Notes and Calibration Documentation.
- Assist the Quality Management with tracking and reporting various Key performance indicators (KPI) including but not limited to; Customer Facing PPM, Cost of Poor Quality, Customer Complaints and Departmental PPM.
- Participates in Quality Improvement initiatives
- Schedule and participate in Internal auditing of Quality Management System and GMP, as required.

- A bachelors degree
- Must possess good organizational and data management capabilities.
- Must demonstrate good teamwork ability.
- Knowledge of cGMP requirements is a plus
- Excellent communication, written and office skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience within a manufacturing environment
- at least one (1) year of experience in quality assurance, and project management.
- Previous leadership experience is a plus
