Up to $40K. An established and recognizable organization in San Jose has an immediate need for a Corporate Receptionist with PTO, paid holidays, 401k, and Medical benefits. Are you seeking a high profile Receptionist role with great team culture? Do you maintain superb communication skills, written and oral? Then this position is for you! The Receptionist is responsible for:
• operate telephone switchboards to effectively route all calls
• Strong work ethic, the ability to recognize when a job needs to be done
• communication via computer, mail and email
• transmitting information or documents to customers
• Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
Qualifications: 1+ year of Receptionist or Corporate office experience, English/Spanish language speaking required! MS office- Outlook, Excel, Word. Knowledge of telephone switchboards, proactive team player who can work independently or in a team environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects with multiple deadlines.
