Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:00AM- 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $18.08 per hour Day to Day Responsibilities for a Receptionist: • Will be Answering phones, emails, redirecting calls to appropriate departments, minimal hospitality, print/scanning, and procedures creation. • Greets the public. • Assists applicants in completing applications. • Distributes name badges to visitors, temporary employees, etc. • Schedules meeting rooms for all. • Answers and transfers calls from all over the United States. • Participates enthusiastically in company and community service events. • Performs light Administrative duties. • Performs PC Support and Administrative duties as needed. • Acts as a model for Vision, Values, and Mission. • Builds professional relationships with customers and other teams. • Responsible for the timely updates of the following: Company phone and speed dial lists, Brag Board and Company Calendar. • Responsible for updating the automated messaging center daily. • Assists Administration or any other team when needed for various tasks (envelope labels, compiling manuals, etc.). • Responsible for ordering, maintaining and distributing promotional items for Promotional Store. • Performs other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: • Looking for someone who is Customer obsessed, autonomous, resourceful, self- starter, collaborative. • Requires high school diploma and 1+ years of prior experience. • MS Office Suite experience is a plus, specifically Word and Excel. • Possesses excellent customer service skills. • Possesses ability to be flexible and work in a team environment. • Requires regular application of basic skills (calculator, keyboard, hand tools, eye/hand coordination). • Provides exceptional service to the business by greeting/assisting all visitors and answering and transferring incoming calls from all over the United States. • There is no driving required. • No extensive walking standing or lifting. At most 50lbs and assistance is available. Dress code is smart casual/business casual. Worksite address off of 3RD AVE, Seattle, WA 98101. Parking is not available/free. We advise candidates to utilize public transportation to reduce costs. However, the office is relocating within the next 2 months and the new building offers street parking for employees What happens next?
