Receptionist - Temp We are looking for a Receptionist for our Westbury facility. In this role you will provide the first point of contact customer care to all visitors and employees. Your Responsibilities: - Meeting and greeting visitors and employees in a professional manner.- Issuing appropriate forms and materials to applicants and employees.- Answering the phones and directing calls to the appropriate department or employee.- Providing telephone coverage.- Working knowledge of products to ensure customers are forwarded to the appropriate department.- Sort in-coming mail for mailroom.- Back up HR administration.- Other projects as assigned. Your Profile: - Working knowledge of switchboard.- Knowledge of general office functions.- Knowledge of PC applications a plus.
