Benefits offered dependent on your work status: * Competitive Pay * Medical, Dental and Vision * Critical, Accident, Short-term disability and Life insurance * Health Savings Account * Flex Medical and Dependent Account * Paid Time Off (up to 3 weeks) * PayActiv – On demand access to earned wages * Retirement match (up to 6%) * Tuition Aid Program and Scholarship ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Perform and document all basic technical and emergency nursing skills, within the framework of licensure and as outlined on individual care plans * Document care delivery * Conduct observations, medication, and treatments promptly and accurately * Assume charge nurse duties when designated including but not limited to adjusting assignments and schedules to best meet needs of residents with appropriate use of personnel * Assess and document health status of all residents who are unstable or requiring intervention * Make rounds with physicians * Transcribe physicians orders * Assist, develop, revise, and review resident care plans * Evaluate staff observations * Use equipment and supplies in a precise, accurate, calm manner * Replace absent staff as necessary * On call status as assigned * Has access to confidential information and maintains confidentiality * Project a positive image of the organization in dealing with residents/clients, co-workers, and public * Additional duties as assigned
