Build technical process and steps of his working area and document standards that complies with ISO standard; Lead new research and development facility at the company; Research and develop the cryostat component stress analysis during magnet quench events, superconductive power supply simulation, design, fabricate and test prototype; Research and develop eddy-current compensation tool design, magnetic field shim camera design, and characterize cryptogenic temperature sensor; Develop high throughput testing of RF coils, gradient amplifiers, RF amplifiers, and test frequency response, slew-rate performance and power cycling; Direct the research and development programs to meet organizational needs and to capitalize on break-through tools and solutions for the MRI industry; Develop and implement research and development procedures and techniques and oversee complex research projects, analyze results and provide recommendations based on findings; Assess the scope of research projects and ensures they are on time and within budget; Direct the team in their day-to-day performance to achieve research and development goals; and Report to the CEO and Technical Director.Requirements:Must hold a Master's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering; and must have taken "Theory of Automatic Control" course.
