Maximizes profit and sales in Pharmacy and OTC by making sure that merchandise is presented effectively. This includes accurate pricing and proper sign-off, correct inventory and stock levels. Budgeting and forecasting sales. Developing and maintaining cross-functional relationships and analysing economic trends.
Assists Associates in establishing and implementing proper customer service techniques and approaches. This ensures that Customer complaints and needs are addressed within the Company's guidelines.
Assists with community outreach and oversees their implementation. Encourages Associates to be a positive member of the local community.
Assures that Company policies and procedures are followed. This includes analyzing reports and reviewing them, monitoring and controlling loss prevention, safety controls and oversight of safety and operational reviews. Develop and implement action plans and provide direction on the execution of Company's strategic and programmatic initiatives.
Assists in the supervision of Associates and their development. This includes mentoring and assigning tasks, giving performance feedback and recognition.
