The Customer Success Group (CSG) Offer Management team is a product management organization that productizes and monetizes the CSG capabilities that will help customers realize business value from their Salesforce technology investment. This team is a “messenger of the market” to the rest of the CSG organization, identifying the best market segments and opportunities for success offers. We maintain a multi-year roadmap for our portfolio, develop research-backed cases for offer development and positioning, and handle the entire portfolio from design to end of life. We adhere to a governance framework to effectively run and coordinate cross-functional work. Once offers are launched, we measure offer performance and identify changes to improve the experience customers and Salesforce employees have with our offers.

The Salesforce Success Plan Sales team is seeking an outstanding Seller to join our AMER team. CSG Sales Advisors focus on selling Salesforce's Success Plans; Premier, and Signature. They collaborate daily with Sales and Success Management to drive the sale of Success Plans in various business verticals, and Salesforce Clouds (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Heroku). Sales Advisors are engaged from deal inception to close and are comfortable selling to C-Level executives. They are experienced prospectors, presenters, negotiators, and closers.

Your Impact:

Success will be measured by the overall performance of the assigned Territory for Premier & Signature Success sales performance.

  • Achieve and exceed targets for Signature Success plans across bookings, attach, upgrades, and conversions.

  • Build relationships with relevant internal partners to review territories and identify strategies and opportunities to attach Premier and Signature Success plans.

  • Promote Signature Success internally and externally. Act as subject matter authority for Success Cloud products.

  • Collaborate successfully with other parts of the organization, including, but not limited to: License Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, Sales Operations, Pricing Deal Desk, Legal, Product Management, and Delivery to address and resolve customer or sales issues.

  • Ability to travel up to 20%

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Bachelors degree and 5+ years experience in B2B Sales and/or Account Management

  • Excellent presentation skills; comfortable presenting to executives and large groups.

  • A natural at developing internal and external relationships, and influencing decision-makers.

  • Results driven, having a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

  • 2+ Years of CRM or Marketing automation application experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Previous experience using Google Suite, Quip, and Slack a plus.

For Colorado-based roles: Minimum annual salary of $104,000. You may also be eligible to receive target bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits.
