Our mission is to find motivated, adaptable individuals and help them grow from a Trainee to a licensed Hearing Care Professional through a comprehensive paid training program. No hearing healthcare experience is required. This is a rewarding sales-based opportunity that has long-term career potential, all while making a difference in peoples lives.

- First year base + commission pay structure
- First 6 months approximately $3,500 month as a trainee salary
- Upon completion of the trainee program - compensation would be $70,000 - $110,000 per year

The responsibilities of a Hearing Care Professional Trainee include:
As a Hearing Care Professional Trainee, you will meet with customers to discuss their hearing loss, building a relationship based on trust and empathy from the start. You will make product recommendations based on their specific needs, while educating the customer on their device. Finally, you will witness the positive impact of restoring their sense of sound (hint, hint-this is the best part).
