Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for the development and configuration of new functionality on the Salesforce platform to include SF Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), front-end development, and back-end integrations.
Design and development of DocuSign API solution and consuming other System API and integrating SF solutions within CLM
Create workflows in Salesforce and DocuSign CLM to automate the business process & contracts creations.
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree
Proficient in data architecture, strategy, and migration activities
Data Governance, modeling, database design, data management, and cleansing
SF Data Loader and equivalent tooling for data ingestion and loading
Client interfacing and polished communicator
Previous professional services or consulting experience,
Experience designing enterprise level solutions for clients
Customer relationship management (CRM) application experience (e.g., Salesforce, Siebel, Microsoft Dynamics) --
Experience with both agile implementations, including Jira / Trello and other similar tools supporting Agile methodologies and iterative delivery models.
Working within the Federal Government (0-3+years exp)
Federal Clearances or ability to be cleared.
