Davis; President and CEOWant to know what it's like to work at Burrell?Click on the link below to find out -Burrell Behavioral Health - Join our Team! - YouTube* ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------SCHOOL BASED CLINICIAN* Multiple positions available across various school districts in Southwest Missouri*Year-Round Employment$2,000 SIGN ON BONUSBurrell Behavioral Health is seeking School Based Clinicians to work in collaboration with area public schools across the Southwest Missouri region including (Springfield, Nixa, Clever, Marshfield, Bolivar, Willard, and surrounding areas).Burrell works with area schools to provide a system of referral, treatment and follow up to mental health services for students who demonstrate risk of academic, behavioral and/or mental health difficulties as evidenced by poor school performance, discipline problems, law enforcement involvement, substance abuse, and/or family mobility or distress.Responsibilities:* Provide prevention, intervention and support services to identified students in order to decrease barriers to academic success.* Present in public forums educational material to promote community understanding of mental health and to enhance community response to mental health problems.* Carry a regular caseload, the size and nature of which is to be established with supervisory staff.* Participate in emergency services in order to provide rapid aid in cases of emotional crisis.* Participate in and contributes to the various staff development activities of Burrell and the school district.Qualifications:* Licensed Professional Counselor ; LPC* Licensed Clinical Social Worker; LCSW* Licensed Psychologist* PsyD/PhD (doctorate level)* Experience in family, individual and group therapy, as well as community education.Where you'll be working:This exciting opportunity will be based in a local public school or schools across Southwest Missouri (subject to availability)What we offer:Great pay, great schedule, great benefits, and an amazing culture of inclusiveness and positivity.
