Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring program performance is at peak levels for client set by acting as the day-to-day contact; analyzing and trending data so that recommendations and status can be reported to clients, internal stakeholders and program management.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversees 340B Analysts workflow to ensure client relationships and deliverables are being maintained satisfactorily.
  • Responsible for coaching/developing 340B Analysts and Coordinators in the resolution of escalated client operational issues and production system operational ticket issues.
  • Monitors and reviews operational workflows for HRSA compliance, data accuracy, and overall efficiency.
  • Analyzes and communicates business results and trends that relate to client program performance, formulary and fee structure management.
  • Provides client program optimization opportunity support .
  • Provides appropriate solutions by analyzing exception reporting using various systems, including EDI, Business Objects, CorpEd, WebSDL and internal adjudication and reporting platforms.
  • Provides necessary support needed to the Client for 340B audits by analyzing the data and providing an explanation of the data flow through the various systems. Prepares and Provides adhoc reports as requested by the client.
  • Participates in the Client's audit process by visiting the Client's site and/or the store.
  • Analyzes audit trends by gathering information from the other 340B analysts and provides proactive system and reporting needs to IT.
  • Develops and fosters working relationships with internal (IT, Stores, Internal Audit, Results, Accounting, etc.), and external counterparts (Clients,Wholesalers, etc.) to facilitate exchanges of information. Provides data, information, and any reports as needed to other business units or clients.
  • Has a thorough understanding of the 340B program. Recognized as a Subject Matter Expert on 340B programs from an operational perspective. Strives to consistently improve the overall efficiency, and marketability of the 340b complete program.
  • Maintains and continually improves knowledge of the healthcare and pharmacy services industry, and uses that knowledge to identify ways and make recommendations, to improve the 340b program.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of analytical experience in Operations or High School Diploma and 4 years of analytical experience in Operations.
  • Experience developing ways of accomplishing goals with little or no supervision, depending on oneself to complete objectives and determining when escalation of issues is necessary.
  • At least 1 year of experience in analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
  • At least 1 year of experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving moderate to complex business issues and recommending and implementing solutions to resolve problems.
  • Willing to travel up to 20% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry, including pharmacy, hospital, clinic, PBM.
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to internal and external audiences.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
