Director – Special Projects
DaVita is dynamic, growing and entrepreneurial, and DaVita Guest Services is seeking to transform patient admissions for patients, hospitals, and physicians. We are seeking an ambitions and results-driven leader to develop our strategy and capabilities for a world-class customer experience. This new role will report to the Vice President, Patient Support and Insurance.
This position offers significant ownership of DaVita’s future growth capabilities. In addition to leading adoption of current tools and enhanced process, this teammate will relentlessly seek to understand the pain points, needs, and future opportunities for delivery a leading experience to our hospital and physician partners. Candidates will be able to use influence and create buy-in across diverse stakeholders for new best practices. You must be able to work well under pressure, have low ego with high confidence and interpersonal awareness, and deliver impact under tight deadlines.
Key responsibilities include leading the go-to-market strategy for new patient admissions technology products, expanding Voice of the Customer initiatives for hospitals and physicians, clearly understanding market trends for hospitals, physicians, and healthcare IT platforms, and developing a clear, compelling strategy enabling DaVita’s continued growth. This is a high impact and high visibility role that will enable DaVita to realize its goals.
Qualified candidates must have experience in strategy development, with a preference for leaders from healthcare-IT or healthcare-provider backgrounds. This leader must establish partnerships with other corporate teams, field leaders, hospital leaders, physicians and clinical operations teams to ensure robust planning and rapid execution. This position will communicate and interface with cross-functional teams at multiple levels – including regular sessions with GVP, SVP, and C-level leaders.

Salary/ Wage Range$100,100.00 to $147,000.00
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
