About the Position
This position will be part of a specialized Customer Service team trained to support both Behavioral Health and Primary Care clinics. This position will provide front desk and telephone support in a high volume clinical setting. Duties will include but are not limited to working in the EMR to: check in clients, answer multi-line phones, schedule appointment, verify insurance, collect and enter client demographic information, manage scanned and faxed documents, accurately process medical record requests, as well as accurately handle cash. This position must demonstrate excellent customer service both in person and via the phone for Behavioral Health clientele. Employees will be cross trained to allow for rotation of duties and back up coverage. About the Division
Lane County Behavioral Health provides services to more than 1,600 individuals with behavioral health conditions. We work with community partners to provide a continuum of care from prevention through treatment and aftercare in an environment that promotes a culture of resilience and recovery.
Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm

Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade.
Two years of responsible clerical and office assistance experience.An equivalent combination of experience and training that will demonstrate the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying.
