Senior Commercial Manager - Work From Home

They operate in 7 continents, have over 87,000 employees, and are in 150+ countries and turnover in excess of $17.4Billion per annum.They are currently looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to be based in remote location.Duties & Responsibilities: To manage post-contract commercial activities related to civil, structural & Infra. with minimum supervision on a high profile project and reporting directly to a Director.Monitor the consultants in the preparation of budgetsIn conjunction with the Other Consultants, review alternative design and construction approaches and cost implicationsIn conjunction with the consultants, prepare and maintain a master cost plan from costs supplied by other consultants. Advise Employer of any alterations required and obtain authorisation for any change to the cost planAdvises on all contractual mattersDevelopment of a cost management system that details cash flow requirements, committed costs, costs remaining, and the overall cost to complete.Assessment of the validity of contractor's requests for changes and variations of any kind, providing written recommendations to the Client regarding the appropriate action that should be taken. In addition assessments will need to be made of variations proposed by the Client, and management of the change process as appropriate.Management of the preparation, submittal, review and settlement of the final accounts of the contractors.Responsible for the internal commercial management and contract administration of the project Responsible for the preparation of the application for payments and invoices to the Client, resolution of any issues, and the prompt collection of payments.Qualification & Requirements:A minimum of 14 Technical experience across all trades and extensive experience in weekly and monthly reporting cycles. Use of Aconex, Oracle and Cost X IT Platforms an advantage.Bachelor's degree in QS, Civil Engineering or related degree.Excellent oral and written skills required. Computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications are essential.
