KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Director/Executive Director, Organizational Change Management Center of Excellence ('COE') to join our Operations organization.


  • Develop and define a cohesive plan based on the defined strategy for the organizational change management function; ensure successful implementation of organizational change management framework with Key Performance Indicators, while minimizing negative outcomes

  • Create an approach for onboarding new programs into the COE and prioritizing the change required across the portfolio

  • Revise and transform the KPMG Transformation Organizational Change Management (OCM) methodology - aligned to industry best practice, that outlines: What does good OCM look like at KPMG LLP (e.g., objectives and key requirements); How do we execute OCM across the firm (Audit, Tax, Advisory and Business Enablement); Who is responsible for running OCM in each strategic programs and how the COE exercises strategy and oversight of the broader OCM community at KPMG; What tools and accelerators do we currently have to drive adoption and how do we best leverage those investments (i.e., WalkMe, Trailhead)

  • Develop stakeholder plans that are integrated across organization design, culture, behavior, change management, change leadership and all organization development activities to support business strategy and change initiatives; partner with stakeholders to create and execute detailed change management plans for digital initiatives

  • Manage an effective team dedicated to fulfilling the organization's mission through highly successful program implementation, team engagement and continuous improvement; creating a culture of transparency and communication throughout the organization; Assign the right people to the right projects at the right time within budget and timelines; ensure team members have skills and tools to perform their jobs, acting as point of escalation to senior leadership

  • Set goals, offer feedback, source developmental opportunities and provide long-term career guidance to counselees and others across the department; integrate new team members and connect them to the resources and opportunities to help further their development and career goals; regularly engage with counselees and those they work with to help them continuously improve

Additional Responsibilities for Executive Director

  • Lead Digital Business Transformation change requiring adoption and integration of modern SaaS (example: Salesforce, ServiceNow, S4/Hana), new processes, data insights and alignment of delivery model.

  • Develop and sustain a comprehensive, integrated change management plan for all major digital initiatives, inclusive of influencing change team outside of the COE to achieve results


  • Minimum twelve years of expert-level knowledge of program, project and change management and associated methodologies, techniques, processes and approaches

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; master's degree from an accredited college/university is preferred

  • Experience leading successful transformations of large scale by linking business priorities with results-oriented change solutions.

  • Ability to excel and collaborate in a highly diverse, complex, matrixed organization (multi- line of business) while building and leading high-performance teams

  • Experience building and leading program level Change Management Office (CMO) with the ability to create, develop, lead and execute innovative change strategies

  • Exceptional verbal/written communication and ability to develop productive relationships

Additional Qualifications for Executive Director

  • Minimum fifteen years of expert-level knowledge of program, project and change management and associated methodologies, techniques, processes and approaches

  • Strong ability to collaborate, direct, motivate and empower others to work towards the organization's goals
