Corporate FP&A and M&ASummary:The Senior Financial Analyst will be an integral partner of the Mergers and Acquisitionteam responsible for administering the acquisition platform, evaluating strategic opportunities, identifying new opportunities and supporting management's efforts through market research, financial modeling and presentation building. The Senior FinancialAnalyst will have a working knowledge of acquisition processes, market segments, financial markets, strategies, competitors, credit analysis and valuation models.General Description of Duties/Responsibilities:* Update and maintain acquisition pipeline tool ensuring it is up-to-date and properly leveraged* Leverage research platforms to identify potential targets, perform research on competition, identify and interpret industry and market trends* Assist management in all phases of the M&A process* Maintain and refine M&A and Integration playbooks* Analyze marketing materials and research for proper analysis of opportunities* Create complex financial models to evaluate strategic opportunities.
