As a Senior Knowledge Analyst (SKA) within Consumer Practice, you will work in a growing global team, providing expertise on digital marketing whilst working together with case and proposal teams to provide knowledge assets, analysis and expert advisory. You’ll serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and topic leaders, helping structure and solve complex issues.
Additionally, you will support your Practice in developing existing & new intellectual property and knowledge assets. You will work on commercialization efforts for the Digital Marketing Growth topic within CPG companies, in conjunction with business leaders, supporting marketing efforts, conferences and publications. As Senior Knowledge Analyst you will help assess clients digital marketing maturity and capabilities based on both quantitative and qualitative observations, build tools, and work with BCG client teams to develop capabilities that drive client performance.

- Applying your digital marketing expertise when contributing to building and deploying a product/tool/data, taking different client contexts into account
- Framing, structuring, and sharing intellectual property, with the ability to write clearly and concisely

- 1-2+ years CPG consulting experience focused on digital marketing growth
- In lieu of consulting experience, 2+ years of CPG industry experience minimum focused around digital marketing growth; 3-6+ years of experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
- Deep knowledge and passion for the Consumer Products sector and working across multiple projects/stakeholders
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and utilizing data to reach conclusions through Excel, Alteryx/Tableau, or other data tools
- Fluency in English
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholder while working in a global collaborative team environment
BCG's Knowledge Team members have the opportunity to be staffed on cases and help co-create insights with case teams and clients through expert perspectives on industry trends, delivery of proprietary data or tools in a particular function and complex research and analysis of market information. KT members also support the PA’s business development and proposals and help to organize and codify the knowledge that enables BCG to deliver superior business value for its clients.
Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, contributions to BCG’s Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF), and a market leading benefits package described below.
Some local governments in the United States require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of base compensation. We expect your total annualized compensation to be approximately the following:
· In New York City the base salary is between $105,000- $121,600 (USD); placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level
· In other locations, competitive pay is commensurate with the role and geography
· Annual discretionary performance bonus between 0-16%
· 5% Profit Sharing Retirement Fund (PSRF) contribution, increasing to 10% after two years of service. Contributions are vested immediately and there is no waiting period
