The Senior Manager I of Tax Preparation and ATM Operations will be responsible for helping shape the future of how customers use Walmart’s financial services products. This position is a critical role that leverages your natural curiosity and problem-solving talents to anticipate and innovate on some of the biggest opportunities that face the financial services industry. The candidate will focus on partnering with key internal and external partners, executing on important cross-functional initiatives, and building new capabilities across the Tax Preparation and ATM Operations portfolio.

  • Leading strategic growth projects – Incubate, launch, test, and scale high impact strategic projects that drive growth for the Financial Services business
  • Improving operations – Anticipate issues and drive key opportunities to improve existing Financial Services customer experiences and operations
